More than one motorhome rental company in Alaska is currently offering a limited gas credit with a new rental reservation.  They are also offering high daily rates and required pre-payment in advance for the entire rental.  In virtually every case, this means paying more for a motorhome rental than you should, even when their gas credits look attractive.

At Great Alaskan Holidays, our free gas program and everyday low rental rates make us the "across the board leader" with the lowest overall cost, the finest facilities and customer service available, the newest and highest quality motorhomes, and no pre-payment requirement.  We offer only 2007 or newer Winnebago Chalets with over 50% of our fleet being brand new this year.

How to make your reservation and get in on this GREAT deal:

  1. Print this page so you can have the instructions in hand when making the reservation, and bring it with you when you pick up your motorhome.
  2. You must make your reservation online at www.greatalaskanholidays.com. Go to the navigation button "Rates, Availability and Reservations."
  3. On the 'Check Rates and Availability' page - Step 1: "Choose Dates," enter the following code in the PR Code box:
    • for 10 days or more: 55free
    • for 6 to 9 days: 27free
  4. On Step 3: "Choose Options," there will be a Prepaid Gas Option - select a Quantity of: 1.

*55 or 27.5 Gallons is paid by a credit (up to $250.00 or $125.00 maximum) toward Pre-paid Gasoline Option at pickup. If gas prices increase between when you reserve the motorhome and when you pick up, you will still get the first tank/half tank free (up to a maximum credit of $250.00/$125.00)! With Pre-paid Gasoline, you receive the tank full and bring it back empty at return. There are no credits for fuel left in the tank at return. This promotion is not available for rentals on 22' motorhomes with 37 gallon fuel tanks. This 55/27 For FREE special promotion has limited availability and is capacity controlled. Capacity controlling assigns a limited number of rental days or motorhomes or motorhome sizes to special rates. When the number of rental days or number of rental days per size is reached, the offer is withdrawn by size or completely withdrawn. One 55/27 For FREE promotion only per person/family/party/group/rental/motorhome. Simultaneous rentals (for example two families renting two motorhomes at the same time, if they meet all of the above conditions) are permitted two 55/27 For FREE promotions, but sequential rentals (one after the other with one or more of the same people in the previous rental) receiving more than one 55/27 For FREE promotion will be assessed a $250.00/$125.00 service fee per sequential rental upon return.
