Salary Range: $18.00 per hour, *based upon: $14.00 per hour base pay

  • Plus $ 1.00 per hour Time Card Bonus

Organizational Unit: Management

Working Conditions: Five days a week. Days off vary. ½ hour lunch. Between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, averaging 28 to 45 hours per week

Supervisor: Assistant Service Manager

Time Essential duties and responsibilities
35% Production Line       Responsible to:
Organize, assign, and account for the order of the motorhomes that are processed through the production line.
Complete the daily line roll schedule and coordinate the assignment of the proper size motorhomes to customer’s rental request utilizing the daily dispatch documents.
Provide an accurate estimate of the production line completion times to the Reservation or Customer Service personnel at any time request throughout the day.
Maintain constant communication with the service writer to determine the priorities of all service repairs in the shop.

60% Dispatching            Responsible to:
Assign all maintenance and service issues pertaining to rental fleet. This includes managing the physical repairs and the proper documentation to record the repair and maintenance actions.
Assigning the Technician/ Shop Assistant to service maintenance and repair task that will be performed in the shop. This will include the service and maintenance issues involving both rental fleet and customer retail work written by the retail service writer.
Maintain records of cost related to the Service department personnel. This will include Daily Activity Reports that show the cost of the Service personnel’s productivity.

5% Special Projects        Responsible to:
Complete other duties that maybe assigned by the Service Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be to work on time.
Must have consistent and reliable attendance.
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency when necessary.
Must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple task at the same time.
Must have basic knowledge of RV repairs and be able to assign labor times accordingly using flat rate manual.
Must project a professional image both in physical appearance and verbal communication.

Strong writing skills in customer and employee correspondence.
Familiarity with computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook preferred.
Must posses a positive, optimistic, “can-do” attitude at all times.
Must be able to work until October 2nd, including weekends and holidays.
