Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Ms. Smith has a number of years of experience in customer relations.  In her role as a Reservations Agent, Ms. Smith will have an active hand in booking motorhome rental reservations, maintaining effective client interaction within a very fast paced environment, and helping to ensure smooth transitions for the Alaskan traveler as they pick up and return their vehicles.
