Optional Insurance
Great Alaskan Holidays would like to remind you of optional insurance coverage available to you for your upcoming vehicle rental. Underwritten by The Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich), Great Alaskan Holidays offers additional coverage such as Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Personal Property Coverage (PPC), and Personal Accident Coverage (PAC) for your extended peace of mind.
Supplemental Liability Insurance
- Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) protects you against claims made by a third party for ‘bodily injury’ and/or ‘property damage’ sustained as a result of an accident while you are operating a ‘rental vehicle’. This coverage is excess over the ‘underlying insurance’ specified within your signed ‘rental agreement’.
- Provides $1,000,000 in supplemental insurance coverage for all authorized drivers.
Personal Property Coverage
- Personal Property Coverage (PPC) protects against damage to personal effects owned by the ‘rentee’, as well as any immediate family members of the ‘rentee’, who permanently reside in the ‘rentee’s’ household and are traveling with the ‘rentee’.
- Aggregate is $1,950, Limit per person is $650, Deductible is $0
Personal Accident Coverage
- Personal Accident Coverage (PAC) provides Accidental Death and Accident Medical expense benefit for the ‘rentee’ and their ‘passenger(s)’. Coverage is provided for the ‘rentee’ during the ‘coverage period’. Coverage is provided for ‘passenger’ while within the enclosed portion of a ‘rental vehicle’ only. The death benefit and medical expense benefit will both pay in addition to any other coverage that may be applicable to the ‘rentee’ or ‘passenger’.
