Great Alaskan Holidays Promotes from Within; New Parts Manager

Mrs. Sims has been with Great Alaskan Holidays for several years now as a member of their vehicle maintenance technician team directly responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and ensuring the safe operation of Great Alaskan Holidays’ entire fleet of rental motor homes.  As Great Alaskan Holidays places significant importance on employee reward and recognition, they also promote from within as much as possible, with Mrs. Sims promotion being an example of that practice.  Mrs. Sims is a graduate (Cum Laude in her class) of the University of Alaska Anchorage with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Automotive Technology.  She is ASE Certified as a Parts Specialist, Electrical A6, Brakes A5, and is an RVTI (RV Technical Institute) Certified Level I Technician. As the new Parts Manager, Mrs. Sims will be directly responsible for the inventory control of the company’s entire stock of RV parts and accessories.
